TestGrind Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy

Scope
These Conditions apply to digital SAT subscription purchases made through TestGrind.
By placing an order, you agree to these Conditions together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. Seller and Contact

2. Digital Service Description
Subscriptions grant time-limited access to premium SAT preparation features and content. Access starts after successful checkout confirmation and remains active for the purchased billing period, subject to these Conditions and platform rules.
3. Plans, Pricing, and Taxes
Current plans, billing intervals, and pricing are shown at checkout and may be updated prospectively. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, listed prices are in USD.
Any applicable taxes and statutory charges are handled according to relevant law and processor requirements.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. TestGrind does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
5. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges under your selected plan terms.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively cancel the current active billing period unless required by law.
7. Refund Policy
Because access to digital services is provided promptly after purchase, refunds are limited to:
- cases where refunds are required by applicable law; and
- our discretionary policy review for requests made within 3 calendar days of initial purchase.
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with account email, plan, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and posting times depend on payment networks and your financial institution.
8. Failed Payments and Access Restrictions
If renewal payment fails or a charge is reversed, premium access may be limited, paused, or downgraded until billing status is regularized.
9. Chargebacks and Fraud Controls
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend affected accounts during chargeback or fraud investigations. Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restrictions where legally permitted.
10. Account Sharing and Abuse
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Credential sharing, bypassing usage controls, or unauthorized redistribution of paid content may lead to suspension or termination without refund, subject to applicable law.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, infrastructure events, or third-party incidents may cause temporary interruptions.
12. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestGrind is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected service in the previous 12 months.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to courts in New York County, New York.
14. Changes to These Conditions
We may modify these Conditions for legal, operational, or product reasons. Updated terms are effective when published with a revised effective date.
