How can I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and confirm the OTP code we send you. Then set a new password and log in again. If you are already inside the platform, you can also update your password from Settings. If the OTP does not arrive, check spam/promotions first.

Where can I find my test results?

Open Stats from your dashboard. You will find every completed session with score, precision by subject, completion details, and trend over time. Start from your lowest-precision domains first: that is usually the fastest path to score growth.

Can I log in from multiple devices?

You can use your account on different devices (laptop, tablet, phone), but only one active session is allowed at a time for account security. If a new login is detected, the previous session is closed automatically.

How do I add friends to the leaderboard?

Open Leaderboard, select “Add friends,” then search by username or email and send a request. Once accepted, you can track each other’s position and recent progress directly in the friends leaderboard.
